Earl emigrated from Jamaica to the United States in 1979 and has made Brooklyn his home since 1984. He is married to his sweetheart, Jennifer, and they are the proud parents of three children and have five grandchildren. Earl bought his first home in 1984 when interest rates were 12% for a 30-year fixed mortgage, his second in 2004, and his third in 2006. After his third purchase, he got inspired to help to bring the joy of homeownership to others while earning an extra income. While working full-time as a Plant Production Manager for a printing company. He joined a small real estate broker as a part-timer. When the office relocated in 2006, he joined another company in Queens. During this time, he took a course in Mortgage Financing and became a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida. After spending a short time in Queens, he felt that Brooklyn was his niche, so he joined the Fillmore family in 2007, where he is currently an Associate Broker.
