My personality bears very heavily on my passion for servicing my customers. I have always regarded people's well-being as an important medium for doing my job successfully. I love people and love life. I grew up in a large family of eleven children, in which I was the first. My dad fell critically ill when I was 13 years of age and I had to take on the main supporting role with my mother. I learned at a very young age that cultivating and nurturing the right values was critical for my family's survival. I understood my role in helping those around me make a positive difference in their lives regardless of the challenges, while at the same maintaining a sense of pride and humor.
