Gus Ktistakis was born in Athens, Greece and speaks Greek fluently. He resides in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and is a proud father of three sons. He graduated Fort Hamilton High School and attended Staten Island Community College where he studied computer engineering. He also attended and studied at Kingsborough Community College. He began working in Real Estate in 1985. In 1989, he started working with Fillmore Real Estate and has been with Fillmore Real Estate for over 36 years. He’s a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fillmore Real Estate Commercial Division and specializes in apartment buildings, retail stores, warehouses, mixed use buildings, NNN leases, shopping centers, development properties, and leasing. Gus rose to the top of the company and has been a Top Producer with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fillmore Real Estate for over 36 years. Gus’s motto is “treat people the way you want to be treated, with hard work and honesty”.
